Maserati QUATTROPORTE 3.0 S V6 AUTO 404PS 2014 (14) DAMAGED REPAIRABLE | eBay

Oil in the air box ?
I appreciate if an easy fix they would have done it.

2005 Maserati Quattroporte V8 4dr DuoSelect SALOON Petrol Manual | eBay
Jump start and damaged something electrical ??

thanks

The white one is probably knackered piston rings and the excess pressure caused has push oil past the pcv system and into the air filter.

If its now knocking and wont start its likely to have caused further engine damage. Would likely have been running rough and using oil and been ignored before it became terminal.

Oil in the air filter was the first physical evidence of the recent death of my RR TDV8. Blown turbos and lost compression so sold for spares or diy repair (4days labour to replace both turbos!).

The first one would be I suspect grenaded turbo that’s gone through the engine, it’s a new engine.

The second one is flat battery issues. I suspect it’s showing an electrical system failure on the dash and needs resetting up and clearing down so in theory simple

The QPV has been for sale for a long time.
MOT history not too bad.
The trader jump started it in correctly so I would suspect some blown control units at the very least.

I have asked if they would plug it in and see what codes were showing - i assume OBD2 will offer something ?

They refused.

Wakefield is a long drive from Kent though....
