Introduction, Finally!

Greetings all,

I met a few of you at the Ace cafe meet last week and keep meaning to introduce myself on here. I'm the proud new owner of Contigo's old manual 3200 gt. Thats the ludicrously loud one with the bonnet raised and a tow truck ominously backing up to it!



I've had by the sounds of it a pretty normal introduction to the maserati commiunity with Throttle body issues and a few other bits and bobs (needless to say), but great support from Phil and fingers crossed, most issues resolved.

Welcome! Your car is the exact twin (apart from the noise at least) of mine, same year '99, same exterior colour (GT), same interior (Blue/grey). I beleive Phil fitted a couple of carbon bits though?

It's always nice to see another 3200, have you sorted all the (current) issues now?

It has a Carbon Centre Console from the AC and has an AC Front Anti-roll bar. It drove well when I ragged the **** out of it at Brunty last year

She's been running sweet for a few weeks now and seems to get better the more i use her! Agreed, ive noticed very few 3200's on the road.

I think the neighbours are getting used to the 6:30 fire up
