Anyone else signed up?

Initiative Q is an attempt by ex-PayPal guys to create a new payment system instead of credit cards that were designed in the 1950s. The system uses its own currency, the Q, and to get people to start using the system once it's ready they are allocating Qs for free to people that sign up now (the amount drops as more people join - so better to join early). Signing up is free and they only ask for your name and an email address. There's nothing to lose but if this payment system becomes a world leading payment method your Qs can be worth a lot. If you missed getting bitcoin seven years ago, you wouldn't want to miss this.

Yeah, its probably just a free marketing exercise to get people talking about it etc.
The invite thing, is a bit of a pyramid though, get 5...then you have to get 10......then 15........then when those that you have invited get to 15 you then get some 'Q' thrown your way for their invites...etc....
Can't see much harm in it at this stage, sharing your name and email, just don't use any passwords that are used for anything else important, or give any financial info if asked. Could be something, probably nothing.

The system uses its own currency, the BumHole, and to get people to start using the system once it's ready they are allocating BumHole's for free to people that sign up now (the amount drops as more people join - so better to join early). Signing up is free and they only ask for your name and an email address and then your Bank details and house deeds. There's nothing not to lose but if this payment system becomes/doesn't become a world leading/not world leading payment method your BumHole's can be worth a lot/nothing. If you hadn't a clue what bitcoin was seven years ago, you'll now sign up for anything remotely similar and you wouldn't want to miss this.
