Who are you using in or more local to Herts out of interest? My neck of the woodsYou could try Giallo in Tonbridge. My experience with them was good. I haven't been there in a while as I've now found a closer option to where I live in Herts. Nice matching pair BTW!

There is always Roberto of Grimaldi Engineering Halstead just 75 metres from Eurospares
I used him several times in the past , lovely guy and very very knowledgeable ......and out of all the supercars he has in and around the workshop he chooses to drive a Maserati thus putting his money where his mouth is , Dropped in when I was passing for a coffee and a chat last year , Workshop as always cleaner than most dentists you would be happy to use , he doesnt advertise , or by the looks of it maintain his website to one of the more flashier kinds , but he has a huge following of loyal clientele which in itself speaks volumes .........ive never heard of anyone being disappointed with his workAh. Yes.

McGrath insist on charging you 2/3 hrs labour to check the car over if they don't know the car.Auto Alfa will be closer, but no idea about anyone else short of McGrath?

And he was really helpful when I needed a replacement windscreen available at EurosparesThere is always Roberto of Grimaldi Engineering Halstead just 75 metres from Eurospares
When I enquired about servicing my QPV at McGrath, they told me they don't cater for modern cars ...which is kinda strange given their choice of website pic. View attachment 124415
Hi, new to this site, so 'hello' to all the Maser' fans here. I picked up my 2012 GTS in March this year. Took it to Giallo to give it the 'once over', however, kind of wish I hadn't..... Sadly, a number of major issues were picked up which weren't highlighted on the pre-purchase inspection report (what a waste of £250 that was) and the vehicle has just passed the MOT. Giallo have told me that I need (and these are just the 'big ticket' items), new front springs, a new power steering oil cooler, new engine mounts, new front suspension bushes, new cam cover gaskets, variator seals and spark plug seals, new rear brake disks and pads - sadly the list goes on. We're into over £6k for labour and £4.5k parts, before the VAT has been added. So I'm curious, did you go ahead with the work at Giallo and if so, any feedback on the work they did? Are there any other Maser' specialists in the south east, I could get a second opinion?Have just spoken to Giallo who have quoted me £1100 for it’s 5th service with aux belt, Marenello quoted me £1650.
I also called AV Engineering but not taking any new customers on. Must be great to be that busy! I’d be looking at expanding!
Hi C,I've used Giallo with great success.
However, just looking at that list, those aren't all must do *right now* items. Some are also not that pricey.
Front springs for example, not too bad. Probably quite urgent.
Rear discs and pads not that cheap. *Might* be immediate, might be good for a few months.
Engine mounts: Depends
Gaskets: Depends how badly they are leaking.
PAS cooler: Why will determine how urgent that is.
All is not lost. If you'd like to post the whole list, sure there will be plenty will chime in with what needs doing right now vs what can be deferred.
Welcome as well!
