In trouble with Maserati GB

They have been onto us again about using logos and names etc.

So, if anyone wishes to put forward to some suggestions for a new logo feel free.

We cannot use the work Maserati on its own, but can use SportsMaserati as one word, so thats no biggy.

We cannot use the trident, script, but we can still use the red GS.

I look forward to your suggestions.

we need a part of the logo for the forum buttons, so it will need to be able to fit in a square.

Matt, doed that mean that if we change the logo and take out what Maserati has told us to we can start to look at some merchandise etc for the forum?

Who wrote to you Matt was it Maserati spa or Maserati uk

Loz, it was the same solicitor who contacted us before. They say there is nobody at Maserati GB that we can talk to.

I'll email /ring maserati spa tomorrow and speak Mr Corrozia ex worldwide sales manager retired , still goes in everyday and does the factory tours , he's got maserati passion running through his blood , nothing to lose , he will know the right people to talk to may even take up the cause once he's seen the site

Loz...I had passed on the sportsmaserati url to their marketing/customer services manager at the Paris show Ms Francesca Mannelli.......hoping she looked at it.......they know we exist....!!!

she specialises in criminal and some family but also does litigation/contract for friends and family.....

They need to know Frank were non profit making ,and not profiteering from it and that the forum is built upon Passion , first impressions with the advertising will give the impression its profit making , so we need to plea to their passionate side ........... you know what i mean
