Business opportunity there.
I'm thinking of getting another car or two from Spain and selling them in France as I've had a couple of people chasing me for my XJ6.
French administration and holidays I've still not got her immatriculated yet but she's in the system.
Spain is not cheap for cars , Portugal even more expensive. I thought France was cheaper than Spain

My experiences of living in France for 5 years is that cars here are more expensive but certainly hold there value here even with big mileages.
I looked all over Europe for my recent Jaguar XJ6 and wanted one without rust and Spain gave me that and a lot less money than France too and a very easy buying process made it pleasurable.

MikeyMaser, no I bought the Kaaimans Car, 1 owner who lived literally a stones throw away! Absolutely stunning apart from one stone chip. Has been fully PPF by Jules( Sturgess). 8500 miles now. If I hadnt had that, I would have waited till RG found me one.

Its a funny thing , having sold hundreds of Depreciation Proof Supercars-not Hypercars-- this is the one that I probably will keep, its so stunning. Had a full PPF by Jules Sturgess to keep it in reasonably pristine condition!
I love the split personality of these cars and have to confess, 80% is in Auto, a bit like my NRing. But when you are on your own, on an empty road, Race, omg...

I still need to experience this. It's difficult on a test drive. Other cars when they allow me to go out on my own I can be a bit more spirited and I get a good feel for the car and I know I want one. The Stradale transmission takes so much getting used to as well

Herewith my 1 owner 8000 mile Rosso Magma Centennial Stradale.
Lovely - we should try to organise a Centennial gathering! Mine had less than 3000 on it when I got it but it's up to 11,500 after just over 2 years.

Never drive mine in Auto. Sport is good for leaving home and on the motorway but Race at all other times. I did a charity day a couple of weeks ago taking kids with, or just having recovered from, cancer up a deserted runway. Foot to the floor and the changes in Race were incredible. Best sounding car there as well IMHO (though the guy with the Ultima might disagree)!

Agree about the best sounding.. I live in a seaside town and yesterday my neighbour asked me to start her up..( with Urutu X Pipe/ Larinis) . He reckoned some of the more geriatric could have a heart attack. ...

I had my Strad from new for 4 years. Loved every bit of the car except the exterior…

Just could not get my head around the fact that I preferred the Granturismo Sport shape… much prefer the nose and rear and also could not get used to the faux bonnet scoop… also much prefer the side skirts on the GT…

Loved the car in race mode with that gearbox… that was the USP for me…. Only ever drove it in that mode…

Thought about putting an x pipe on mine but decided against! It must be f’ing loud. My wife tends to warn parents of small children and dog owners in the vicinity if I’m starting up.
