I would love a 4.7MC Shift but that is out of my budget I could get togethet £38k which might just get me into a slightly higher milage 4.7S but I think it is wise to keep a lil money back just in case Ideally I think £28-29k on a 40k ish miles 4.2 Auto would make me happy . There are lots of 45- 50k mile GTs advertised at £30k at dealers So if I can find a private seller with a nice car I think that is a realistic Target to aim for :)

Don't let a higher mileage car put you off if it is has been maintained properly. You might be that a lot of medium term service items have just been replaced so in the short term, you could save yourself quite an outlay. Good luck in your hunt

Has anyone got a copy of the GT service schedule (the 4.2 Getrag box)?

Thanks Lincs I know what you mean , personally I would be happy with a 70k miles car but always harder to sell a car with a higher milage and resale is a consideration :-(

There are a couple of other cars I am considering but Maserati GT favourite for now :)
