How to remove the gear surround trim and

Hi guys, need some help to ensure I don't break anything! How do I remove the centre plastic trim around the gear selector?

And could you remove the plastic piece on the seat insert as shown in photo?

Looking for something to do, so want to try wrapping mine in carbon and see how it looks

Actually, I was referring to the piece under the 1/R buttons, the piece with the cup holders. I have unscrewed the screws, not sure how to remove the while trim.

Yes, I did one on the link Zep shared…should take less than an hour but take time pulling the trim apart as some fixings are easily breakable!

Many an hour wasted using the search facility even if you use the exact words. Google will find anything in a nanosecond or 2
