Hi Loz and thanks for the welcome
Sadly only half of that is true and it's the living in Lincolnshire part! I do have a dog called Osca however!
I am a big fan of many models of Maserati and whilst I don't have one currently, I hope that will change sometime soon.
I'm enjoying the forum and the archive search is facinating too so see what's been going on over the years.
Best wishes to all
Stuart

Hey Stuart.

What model you interested in...new, used or classic?

We might be able to give you some model specific advise.

Thanks for the offer Matt. I am not one to rush into a decision but am truly torn between a number of models, there are so many contenders! I am thinking about a late 3200, possibly an AC, or a 4200CC, a late Ghibli (ideally a Cup) or even a Shamal. I guess it comes down to personal choice in the end but I am trying to think about reliability and day to day running costs as important factors too.
I realise these are all very different but with the exception of a Cup, there are good models currently available although it won't be for a little while yet.
More sleepless nights ahead deciding probably!
Thanks, Stuart

Welcome, Stuart. Osca's a great name for a dog, by the way. All you need now is a pooch-friendly Italian car and you're set! Or a Italian-car friendly dog, if there is such a thing.

A warm welcome Stuart.
All of the cars you mention, are great. But as always, buyer beware! Its sorting the wheat, from the chaff! Happy hunting, and if you see a car, let the members know what it is. Might be able to shine more light on it, and if its close to a member, help at hand.

Andy.

Cheers Robert, I'll keep you posted.
I hope you're enjoying your AC. I remember seeing it when it came up for sale, there was a video posted on youtube I think showing a series of still pics, and it looked very nice - good to have # 75 too!
Thanks, Stuart

Hi Stuart,
Yes she is a nice set of wheels. Have spent a few bob and time on her to get her in to tip top shape and having the very last one made is quite special. I bought it for my wife for her birthday and now I'm looking for something for myself, maybe a 4200, or a Spyder if one pops up at the right money, but they are a bit expensive for a toy. Whatever you choose in the end, if it get's the TLC and correct servicing it deserves, it will be reliable and great fun to own. You are guaranteed to get admiring glances wherever you go and have a permanent smile whilst you drive and own the car.
Cheers
