Hi,
My name is Antonio and I am from Madrid (Spain). I´m a ML member and own a GS with some mods.

At the moment I am very happy with my car but i considering upgrading it with some big brake kit. Yes, i know the GS is not a extreme sport car but how can put Maserati this ridiculous brakes in a car with 400 hp and a high weight? Fortunatelly
now there are some alternatives, wait Loz extended review about the AP big brake kit.

Some pics at the track and others from a meet at the Ferrari-Maserati dealer to see the Abu Dhabi F1 GP.

Regards,
Tridentity

Brake upgrade is definately the way to go if you like to drive the car a little harder than normal , for sure ive experienced the brake fade on track , and especially up here in Milton Keynes (england) which is notorious for its grid system of round abouts instead of junctions , makes for excellent progress around the city , but when its clear which it usually is plays havoc with the brakes , most roundabouts are separated by dual carriage ways up to half a mile or more , so as soon as your up to 80mph its back ******* the brakes , half a dozen or more times of this can heat the brakes / fluid hence causing fade ,

Since the AP upgrade ive tested it hard as can be safe in the recent conditions and not once noticed the slightest bit of fade , and the stopping power is immense i would say atleast 30% better if not more , just gives you so much confidence going into round abouts and bends at speed knowing that it'll pull up when needed , certainly equal to the full Larini exhaust system in terms of an upgrade impact , and those front discs look so much more fuller inside the front wheels

Cant wait for the next track day in the spring

Must say thats one heck of a gorgeous car you have there , aching for that colour combo its giving me palputations just oogling at it

regards loz

Hi Tridentity,

Love the yellow carried through to the crash hat for track days! Love the shots of all the expensive cars at the dealers; I bet the noise was awsome...?

never saw the helmet....that day looked good....

Doh!

I've looked again... It is a trik of the image and it's the outline of the mirror!! Silly sod I was sure it was a visored full face!!! But it would be a left hooker.... I must look more carefully in the future!

One of the greatest sound is from my GS  I upgrade the exhaust system with the Larini X-pipe and the valve rear boxes. In another meet come a F40 tuned by Michelotto, i can´t describe it, is better to hear it... at the 1:58 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kdY6lL59xrU .
