Hi All

My second introduction as i joined the forum a few years ago when looking to buy my first Maserati. Was very tempted by a couple of GranSports I test drove and even made a cheeky offer on one that was rejected. I ended up going for a BMW 650I Sport conv, total down to the millage I do (15k a year). Fantastic car and def the right choice at the time and a good intro into living with a V8

Any way back looking for a maserati that will only be used for fun, will be coming at it with an open mind and I'm considering anything from a Bi-turbo to a GranSport

So have spent most of this weekend weighing up the options.

My short list as follows.
Maserati
- 3200 AC
- 4200 Spyder
- Gransport
- Cheap GT

Ferrari
-355 Berlinetta
- Cheap 360

Welcome back Andy. Better late than never! :D :D

Have to agree with Andyk. You could do far, far worse than to consider Peter's AC. I've seen it and it's prime.

Pete's AC is a gem, could not believe how nice it was at Stanford last year.

Pat, Ghibli Cup is one i would consider, love the old school looks, not seen one for sale for a bit though.

AC's are a pretty rare car, 75 originally came to the UK but a few have gone and are now living life down under in Australia. Pibbow (Peter) who is selling the car will be your man.

And that is his car yes, i took the pics and you can see Dem's AC next to it.

I will second that Dem, if your in the market for a 3200 and want one of the best examples available, Pete's car is up there.

Welcome back to the forum Andy. If you are after an AC, yes Pete's car (Pibbow) is a first class example and in lovely condition, he is also thinking of selling. It seems as though it could be an Automanual, very rare.
