Heads up on new plate legislation

i think the non reflective plates tend to look like normal plates from a distance, it's only when a photo is taken that it becomes clear it's an illegal non reflective plate

The ones I've seen look very dark , not even remotely legal even in daylight

Don't know if the technology has improved since 2007 but they didn't work back then
