Has Maserati got Jaguar customers in its sights?

I know I may be stoned by all but I have always seen Maserati as Italy's Jaguar.

Yes they may use Ferrari tech at times, but Jag and Aston did/do with their cars as do most other car co's

At the end of the day it is a company there to make money for its share holders.

Peter, you are not far wrong there....It has been mentioned many moons ago and even Maserati once said they were aiming for that market.......

Magnetti Morelli had a big hand in some of the electrics on Italians, but Bosch have become one of the main suppliers. I suppose if you say that the car manufacturer makes 10% of the car themselves, you could be right, or a bit optimistic..??

Ferrari make 100%of the body, the entire drive train, the engine, the interior (although I suppose the cows had a hand in that bit), the painting etc and they also are responsible for the best bits in the maser
