Happy days and enjoy ,but be careful out there Adam, body clinics are just as expensive as main dealer clinics, and the last thing you need right now is a lilun on the scene , that would certainly scupper any nice car plans , especially if it was your mates mum

In 5 years, the GS will be 10 years old, well, the mid ones anyway.
So with that in mind, what do you will be paying for a good condition GS LE with 70k miles on the clock.
My guess, £14k but I would not be surprised if they were nearer £18k

if they were up for about 14-18k i would be happy, would like a spyder but i bet they will be about 24k.

My turn to get all wistful of what life was like for me back then...
Well, there was a girl that was teasing me and driving me mad that I just couldn't get my hands on...... ended up getting hold of her 7 years later and "closing the deal", wasn't what I'd built up my mind so a bit disappointing, but hey, I was the ultimate winner in that little game. (The things that seem really important to you now will change)
I started my sales career.... (Some things never change)
I bought silly cars and some great ones.... (See above)
But most importantly of all, I was naive yet ambitious and believed that I could take the world on and that one day I'd "make it"......... I still believe that.
3 kinds of people in the world Adam, those that make things happen, those that wait for things to happen, and those wonder what happened!
It's the dawn of your life as a man, it will be whatever you want it to be, go forth and grab life by the horns!!!

Sounds a bit Frank Bettger to me Dan but oh so very true, i had a mate that like me was Porsche crazy back in the late 70's , after 2 more years out in the Middle east i bought my first porker 911 , he on the other hand honestly thought that Porsche were going to knock on his door and ask him to be their test driver , as far as i know he's still waiting and to this day never ever got to drive/own his dream car , its what you make happen , true lucky breaks are few and far between .... make it happen
