GT Seat (forwards/backwards) not working but going up and down?

Got my GT GT seat (forwards/backwards) not working but going up and down? any help with this? motor? connector? cant find anything on the forum relating to it? any help appreciated. Adam

I know the video link is related to the seat not moving when you put the seat back forward, but have you tried a reset?

A Porsche motor can be used if replacement is needed. Cheaper than Mas as normal.

Sadly that doesn't work. It is definitely the motor that has given up.

Your next issue is removing the seat to replace the motor underneath if the seat won't move and you can't access the front and rear hex head bolts....welcome to my world!
