Hey guys, I'm looking for some 25mm rear lowering springs for Non Skyhook.

Courtesy of @Bebs Has posted his 25mm Faulkner dims, but are Skyhook and Non Skyhook the same fitting?

Any help would be appreciated

If it helps when I was checking the H&R options, I cannot remember the ones they have available as being Skyhook only.

I have seen more spring part numbers for these so I would suggest speaking with Ross at Meridian. He can use your vin and tell you what you have.

Very odd. When I look at a 2012-2016 GT Sport Auto it lists one spring, 263108. Which is also fitted as one of two options for Skyhook.

99813

To me this means that the skyhook and non-skyhook springs are the same rating and diameter, which is really the question, to me anyway.

I am assuming the alternative is for the mc line shock as they are shorter I think.

OK, so moving on..
Spoke to scuderia Parts, they have no idea what the difference is, even with my Vin No they can't tell me

Spoke to Ross at Meridian, with my Vin No, he also says it won't show what springs I have.
As it only lists springs for Skyhook and MC Sport line.

He also seemed to think that Skyhook is essentially electronic damping, whereas sportline isn't., so I assume that means I have Skyhook anyway lol.
The only major difference In springs is apparently the colour and spring rate.

Pt No 263109 springs are black
Pt No 263108 are Red.
So to be absolutely certain I'll have to check the part No on my OEM springs that's on a Silver Tag.

I also spoke to Faulkner, he says that the springs were made 30mm shorter than the 263109 spring.

So in short it seems as though the springs are the same fitment.

Well, I guess you have to alter this thread title :)
I was under the impression the drop was 25 but if Faulkner says 30 I‘m sure he’s correct.
Whichever it is, it closes the rear gap nicely.

Well yeah I guess haha.
Apparently the 263109 spring is 300mm long, the springs they made are 270.

I've learnt something new today, Skyhook then that's even better, as it wasn't listed in the spec when I bought it

Now I just have to fix the very loud mechanical rattle coming from the back of the engine on cold start... think this is gonna be a very expensive few weeks
