Emtee...usually the market is correct, the seller may well have bitten off more than he can chew.....ie its costing more to fix than he thought....but the market knows how much...!

So it didn't sell again. This time only reaching $25.1K (£16.4K) from 5 bids. Didn't reach reserve, which looks like it's set too high.
