GT Audio Upgrade advice

Hi all, my newly purchased GT as away this week for pampering, machine polish and ceramic coating (pics will follow) but its has to be said the audio system is somewhat lacking, having searched the internet some go to extremes to upgrade whereas I'm looking to replace the speakers and sub, dynamat and perhaps change the amp, I'm not bad with sort this of thing and have used dynamat before, but am looking for advice from those who have done this, which speakers proved worthwhile fitting and have feasible it is to remove door cards etc , any advice gratefully received

Take a look at the Aucar threads on MaseratiLife.

Seems the new unit (2.1) does wonders for the Bose system, along with providing all the benefits of a large touch screen Android auto / apple car play.

Personally I think the system looks great, especially with the climate control system.

Not cheap at £1500, but looks like it is a DIY install if semi competent and have time.

Might want to wait for the updated A/C panel though that doesn't require the old one plugging in to reset everything....
