Seen a few times now, and this week I parked the ol' X5 a couple of spaces away from it.
There was an empty space next to it, but knowing first hand how bloody difficult it is to get into the car when some muppet parks a great big 4 wheel drive next to you, I decided to take another bay.

Toyed with the idea of if/when I see it again popping a note under the wiper to mention this place...?
