Didn't realise the anodised matt red callipers were slightly more. The guy who speced my car really went overboard!!!

Maserati has some pretty pricey options....They must make some money on them.....

bumping up an old thread - could someone please also advise me what servicing should be done on approx. 2010 car 30-50k miles?
i.e. I can look at the service schedule here (http://www.maseratiraleigh.com/service_GT.html) but that only gives me part of the story.

for example should I expect brake disks/pads to be replaced throughout? Should there be any recalls that need to be checked if these were done?

That all depends on the cars use.

Brakes and Pads will last longer miles wise if the car is used for long trips on the Motorway...so these are wear timed rather than miles.

However fluids and filters along with sparkplugs are miles sensitive.

Just to add, a MD will be able to tell from the VIN if the car is up to date with any recalls & campaigns

I bought a lovely 30 odd page 2009 UK GT brochure off ebay for £25 when I bought my car...drop me a PM if you would like it and I can post it to you for what I paid...

I've seen GTs with a rear camera option but unless I'm going blind it doesn't seem to be on that option list. Was it removed from the available options?

I have one on my Discovery and can't be bothered by it - useless in the winter, makes everyone look like it's miles away etc etc. The Maserati system is nice and simple and - on the rear - works fine.

You mean front facing, Bob? I'd be more interesting in seeing kerbs. A no-drill aftermarket beeper kit would be fine for that though.
