No they didn't and the Bose is a 'nice to have'.

It doesn't seem to make much difference - I have had one GT with and one without and I can't tell the difference!

Well they have rear sensors.

And the Bose doesn't have SDV as far as I am aware, but my manual is US and 2009

Correct. Rear sensors were standard on the 4.2. I don't think that front sensors (which are the really useful ones!) were an option.

Front parking sensors were an option on the 4.2 but not sure when they started, they certainly were in 2011 when I got my 4.7.

The only GranTurismo you cannot get them on is the Stradale.

My auto electrician has fitted them before, tough job but can be done. Figure around £300 all in.

I have had the standard sound system in one of my previous GTS and it was atrocious!! Make sure it has the NOSE. ..Yes it's not the best but way better than standard:)
The rear sensors are standard but fronts were optional on 4.2....front sensors are desirable given the long bonnet!

I don't know about the NOSE option but the BOSE is pretty good ;)

My GT has no Nose! How does it smell?
Bloody awful, but I finally found the 'air freshener'. They hid it in the arm rest. Bastards.

I have to say, transferring music to the jukebox (I don't have the USB / iPod) is a labour of love, but the Bose system actually sounds pretty good.

Not as good as the *engine*, bot not at all bad.

Yes, the jukebox takes time to copy across,I guess it takes about 30 odd minutes for a CD to load so an excellent excuse to go for another drive!

I don't bother now with transferring. I just plug my phone in via the aux and listen to Spotify.

I actually drove it yesterday not in sports mode but in full manual and you know what! The gear changes are super smooth!!

Won't be doing that again in a hurry though! I just just in a built up area and it was 1am. I thought I would be considerate.

I don't have AUX in, or USB
