Keeps amazing me, that said i've been flown in too, although with travel restrictions haven't been able to visit american customer this year.

If there was a reasonable shipping cost to Rotterdam, I'd ship my car out there for a "grooming the Maserati vacation"! I do have some good friends the Royal Netherlands Navy from my submarine days whom I'd love to visit. Just a dream, though.
While you did say that a remote walk through/course would not be sufficient - perhaps those of us out here on the other side of the world could convince you that remote learning is a large incremental step in the right direction from where we are today.

Shipping a car in from the sates used to be $1500, we get car shipped in from all over Europe.
Perhaps we can put on a list next time i'm visiting customers in the US
