cherish the days with elderly parents as they wont be around forever
Agree in the principle, but it all really depends on the individual and what kind of childhood/upbringing you had , one doesnt like to admit our parents were selfish, egotistical, outright alcoholics, incapable of showing love etc etc ...................not all peoples experiences were painted with the idyllic dream that we would like to think

apologies didn't mean to side-track the op's post, suddenly lost my dad last year and i really regret that i didn't do more with him, busyness of life gets in the way and you just assume parents will be around forever

I do like that. Even though I sort of feel I shouldn't... due to its sacrilegious, modded nature.
But it reminds me of a Hot Wheels version of a car and takes me back to being a 9 year old again.
Trouble is, cars like this are becoming the dreaded "investments" and will just sit in garage.
If it was in decent working order (which it might be) and was for a price where you wouldn't be scared to drive it, and reflected its lack of appeal to investors... I don't know, £30-40k?
I'd be interested....

The reality is that when a ******* Bora needing a lot of money/work is around the £75k to £100k mark, this car would never be below that. A good Bora with provenance is £250k…

Just look at the Cat D MC Stradale for £29k asking vs £49k asking from a dealer…
