Gransport boot light type

Hi all,

How do you get the boot (trunk) lamp out (the one that lights the compartment)? Do you need to remove the carpet effect trim, or just prise out the housing from the metalwork?

Is it a 36mm festoon C5W? Was thinking of replacing with an LED.

Pull the boot weather seal off, pull trim panel down and squeeze/lever the two retaining prongs together and the unit comes forward out the front of the panel.

I am sorry, I don't know what bulb type it is but an LED replacement will be a more efficient, brighter and run cooler upgrade.
