Wasn't far off then UM.....Speeding fines are difficult to get off but interesting to see how you get on...Good luck with it..You may be the case that bucks the trend.

One example given was the non-reciept of a relevant fax...case thrown out, though each excuse he uses then allows the law to be tighten and further limits options for all.

How do I even know that it was my car?????. Just by virtue of the the fact it was a silver Maserati Gransport with my registration proves nothing. How do I know a local car thief never saw a picture of my car on one of the forums, stole a Maserati and to hide its true disguise took the heat off by using my registration??????

Reasonable doubt UM.......if you're the only one who has access to a key...and can prove you were elsewhere.....then its case dismissed!
