Goodbye Gransport

Well after 6 years of Maserati ownership, 4 with the 3200 and 2 with the Gransport, I have now sold the Gransport. Due to a move to Braemar in Scotland, a change in job, it made sense to get rid of some toys for the near future. I will come back to a masser at some point.

My GS was lovely and had just had some major work done on it so drove beautifully, so was a difficult decision, but I know it has gone to a good home. I believe a forum member.
Thanks for help from everyone over the years here, but I will still lurk in the background.

If you are passing Braemar pop in for coffee, as the company I am going to work for, also own a lovely cafe and accomodation in Braemar ( Bothy Cafe )

Cheers
Lee

Good luck with the move - The new owner has already posted on here and thanked you for you custodianship.

Best wishes for the new job. Right between Greg (Highlander,) and Myself. I've been to The Bothy before, could be a good stop off while driving around that area.

Good luck Lee but think the roads around braemar will make you yearn for another maser coupe at some point soon ;)

Good luck with the move.

Everyone's circumstances are different, but moving to Scotland would be a reason for me to get a GS.

This is exactly what I thought!

My 4200 might well be passing through Braemar this evening or tomorrow as I'm at a loose end, and the weather is decent ;)

I will be back in something fun once I sort a house out, but bricks and mortar first, then I will see about topping up the toy cupboard again.

Currently in Anglesey, but will be in Braemar full time from around mid September.

Enjoy the drive From Dundee

Just in time for the first snow!
Watch out for Mrs MacKay and her shovel!!

2nd that. The bit of the 93 from the top of Glenshee to Braemar is great fun.

I have always used the 'Taste' coffee shop in Braemar. Will try the Bothy next time.

I did :)
Left at 6, drove up the A93, then back down as the sun set, beautiful and the 4200 tackles it very well, especially the section mentioned above between Glenshee and Braemar. I'm glad the really twisty part between Spittal and the ski centre has been resurfaced, I suspect the Maserati would be a little out of sorts over the old surface, though it was great fun in the Elise :)

Good luck with your move. My wife wants to retire to Braemar, though we have a few (lots of) years to go before that!
