Sounds good fun and I have done a bit of baiting over the years, I set up an email address which started with swindler8@ and I actually got replies back from scammers, hahaha..!!

Dont tell them your name or address

In the way they are not terribly nice people from typically a part of the world that has slightly different attitudes to the use of physical violence.

Clearly this only applies if you're actually going to *meet* them

Years ago I did arrange a meet in a London Hotel, two large dark coloured gentlemen turned up and wanted me to part with my money. I had arranged for a number of people to be with me within calling distance, just in case. As it was they bought me drinks etc and did their best to work the con', but I have thought up ways of stalling with the best and it works well..!!
