Not bad but (yes there is one but) we speak Mandarin in SH, not Cantonese ;)
That is quite close though : Gong Xi Fa Cai
Cheers ;)

I also fixed many small things since I have the car besides troubleshooting the misfires (see dedicated thread) and modding the exhaust :

Full service, keys rubber insert, driver's side sun visor, unclipped dash, added the pillar emblems.

Things to come when I am done with the mechanical issues:

1. replace the plug of the high beam on the driver's side
2. fix the small curb rash on all 4 wheels
3. fix the small dents and scratches here and there: that means I will repaint probably drivers side back quarter panner, front and rear bumpers, front left fender and maybe the hood :)
4. 1 or 2 shades of tint on the rear lights
5. Maybe an aftermarket head unit, maybe Alpine but I prefer to listen to the engine and the stock one works ok but the CD changer does not.

I want to make it perfect, maybe even better than new!

LOL
The typing is perfect, just that this is Cantonese, spoken in HK and the Guangdong region (Shenzhen, Guangzhou, etc...) ;)

Odd that. I was born in Singapore, and that was what my (RAF) parents always said / were told to say / taught me to say. Maybe Cantonese was more prevalent in the 70s?

A huge part of the Chinese community in Singapore comes from the Guangdong region, so they all speak Cantonese. That's why ;)
Chinese people usually have 2 mother languages: their local dialect (Cantonese, Shanghainese, Whenzhounese, etc... 1 per county, so several hundreds if not thousands although there are only a couple of dozens of major ones) and Mandarin.

I riveted the plate yesterday using the stock holes location . I don't think it's legal to drill through the plate here but it doesn't matter, it looks better.

It look nice I never saw 3200/4200 in china , I am for HK I got 4200 coupe.

I think they started to import Maserati officially from the 4200 generation. I don't thing there are any 3200, but I might be wrong. 4200 and GS are seldom. First, they did not sell that many back then, second the Chinese buyers are more into sedan (understand quattroporte).

To echo Cman....Nie once......;)....but seriously...it looks divine in that colour

Yes, I really like this Grigio Nuvolari. Depending on the light it looks from gray to Champagne. And that Champagne goes quite well with the Bordeaux interior :)

Yes! I was too lazy to do it before but you motivated me and to be honest its quite quick!
At the same time I also riveted the front one, it was screwed into the bumper only. It won't move now.

Emmanuel are you able to find decent roads out there to have a blast once you get away from the crowded city streets? Also without speed cameras I hope....

I was doing quarter miles in the empty street of Pudong this morning. It's city center but 5 lane avenues and empty during Chinese New Year. Otherwise there are some decent road behind the Hongqiao airport without cameras where you could test the top speed. They're getting tough though compared to before, so it's better to make sure there are no cameras.

Motorway wise, most of them are brand new, the problem is you would get people driving 50 kph on the left (your right) and cutting 2/3 lanes to exit so it's better to be cautious. Most of the people driving don't have a clue about what they are doing. But still, you have some days and some roads where you can actually enjoy quite a lot. Although we have easy access to the F1 track, but I don't think I will track the GS.

The roads are getting crowded at lightning speed. I'd say that comparatively, it was better 4 to 5 years back. They're registering about 20 millions of cars every year in China...
