Well done!
How is it?

It’s great! Very different to what I’ve been used to. Not quick, quick but I already knew that, but it’s a lovely sense of occasion to look at and drive. Sounds glorious (I’ve added a Larini X-Pipe) and condition wise is very good indeed (subframe etc A1). I have some very minor bits and bobs to sort which is normal.

I have some Freshly refurbished Grigio Mercury Alloys arriving tomorrow so will swap to these and see which I prefer.

Oh, well done, Jules! You were right about Grigio Alfieri, but whatever colour blue that is is just gorgeous. Suits it well, and pretty rare too, I would think.

Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy.
Thank you. Yes Grigio Alfieri would have been the colour had one been available, but do love this one in Sofisticato. Amazingly in over 30 years of motoring, it’s only the third blue car I’ve owned since having an Oceanic Blue Audi Coupe GT back in 1990 and a Lapis Blue Porsche Cayenne Turbo!

Niiiice! Just needs red calipers to add a sexy pop to the wheels. Just think Louboutin and you'll understand...

Haha! Normally I would agree, but going to leave the calipers blue for a while, they are subtle but maybe just enough

If anyone is interested then I have a set of rear twin pipe exhaust boxes and a pair of almost new Pirelli P Zero 285/35/20 tyres for sale. I will post in the classifieds

Congratulations :) Very similar spec to the one I'm waiting to pick up, Sofisticato is just a stunning colour and you don't see too many with the Astro wheels.

Hi cyclone1 don't get hung up on the MC shift thing. I bought mine from DickieG (an automatic 2012S) and it is blisteringly quick if you ask it (and get in the right gear for the occasion!) nice and relaxed around town although frankly life begins at 3000rpm, In 6th this equates to 3 figures so take care.

This is a MY13 Sport Auto and I’m very happy with it. I was initially looking at an earlier model hence preferring an MC Shift, so this should be a very good compromise.

Did you manage to get this within your original budget of £25-£32k? I suspect maybe not! Very well done if you did.

Either way, what a lovely looking (and sounding) example. Enjoy!

Oh. And I might be interested in your Pirelli's. Apparently I'm the only person on this forum manly enough to drive a Maserati wearing these banana skins!;)
Message me with a price for the pair.

I've just seen your other thread about the tyres. Apparently I'm too late, so never mind.
But at least that means there's a minimum of two of us on here that can tame a Pirelli shod beast!

Great looking car - nice colour combination. Is that a perky rear of 20VT poking out of the garage? Mine was Scotts green back in the day.
