This would be an interesting project and conversation starter at any car meet up.
This 1980 Armored Alfa Romeo Alfetta That Belonged to the Mafia Sold for Peanuts
To paraphrase an old Internet meme, you could have rolled like a mafia guy, but you were playin’. While you were not paying attention, an armored Alfa Romeo with a very colorful history sold for (relative) peanuts.www.autoevolution.com
The bad guys in the excellent series Trust (about the Getty family) used a chrome bumper one - it looked so cool I spent a few hours trawling the European ads. My dad bought one from a doctor back in the day - dark green over tan - I remember he loved it, but my overwhelming memory was it smelling of disinfectant. This would be an interesting project and conversation starter at any car meet up.

You see the movies have got it all wrong. Baddies should be driving Alfa's not Masers! This would be an interesting project and conversation starter at any car meet up.

Good Alfettas are hard to find, there was one over here a couple of weeks ago but at €20k was a bit rich for me.

What is it with these weird headlines on internet articles, usually they start with “this” something like “This pink Vitara is the car your hairdresser always promised you” where what it actually should read is “We found this POS on eBay whilst having our morning latte and sour dough bagel and instead of doing any real journalism we thought we’d copy from it verbatim to make up the text in this article”.
Rant over. Found a TV ad for that Alfetta:
that's lovely, as you say a tad rich for a left hooker, is it not riding rather high?
