Bargain,

You just know it will be 2BHP down on the 959 Tributori, 5mph slower and 0.2 seconds of the 0-60....

At least it seems it will also be £7k cheaper; but still not worth it....

I bought one today!

Well, I actually bought a 500 Twin Air Dualogic as a London runaround today. In my defence, it is the same shape.

Where did you get it from??

What colour?? Is their a reason you got the twinair ahead of the diesel?

I started a thread on Pistonheads about the car, asking for peoples' experiences & a dealership in Bournemouth pitched me through the PH email system. I'd already been to Desira on the North Circ. & Glyn Hopkins in St. Albans. But, the Dorset outfit did me the best deal. It's a bog standard Lounge in white. The only extra was the Dual Logic. I wanted this as I'll be using the car almost exclusively in London.

As it's a Twin Air, there's no road tax, nor is there any congestion charge. It's frugal, anonymous - apart from the humungeous Pistonheads logo that I'm thinking of slapping on the bonnet to differentiate the car from the thousands of other white 500s in North London. Plus, it's a real hoot to drive. In fact, the car was suggested to me by my accountant. The BIK is only £20 per month and there's great tax write downs too. The deisel doesn't get the same tax breaks. Nor does the 1.2.

Frankly, it was a no-brainer.
