Ferrari 599 or Is it a Gransport!!

On today's Megafactories which features a 599 being built in the Ferrari factory, they have a brief shot of a 599 having it's primer coat which looks remarkably like a Gransport in one shot. It's at about 25 minutes in.

I think the bodies all come primed from Turin and all Ferraris and Maseratis are painted at Ferrari.....

i thought the Ferrari's were painted at Modena??? and then transported to Maranello.

Almost certain.....all done at the Ferrari factory in Maranello....its in the blurb somewheres.....

well the wind shields are added to the body at Modena, read it in a magazine and was told this by one of the salesman at Graypaul.

They were when I visited...But that was some time ago.......

Tour guide told me the body are made out of house then shipped to Ferrari to be painted then to the Maserati factory for assembly...there was close to 100 shells sat in the sun when we walked round in 2009

I seem to remember that there was also a 4200 spyder body waiting to go into paint amongst the 599s.

Yes later on there is also shot of a Spyder in the paint shot.
BTW there is a Gran Turismo showing on Megafactories in the States at the moment. Not sure when it will be shown over here.

There's also a couple of QP's in there too.

There was a Black Coupe/GS at one point....any idea when it was filmed? Wondering it its mine......what are the odds, 1-5000?
