F1 Pump kicking in more often than I recall

Gents,

Now that the GS is back on the road I have started to notice that the F1 pump is whirring (intermittently) while I am driving.

Is this a sign of a weak pump that needs to be rebuilt or a faulty relay?

The pump should run intermittently but if your hearing it it points to noisy pump which does not have long left.

Change the relay as its cheap and see how you go.

Thanks, will let you know once I get around to it. Taking her off the road to avoid getting stranded :/
