Engine humming sound

Hi, been driiving the 3200GT for a few weeks now, I noticed there is a humming sound when the car in idle, is it normal for twin turbo engine?

Plus, the previous owner didn't drive regularly. According to previous history, he only put around 1000km in 2 years of ownership. Would this related to potential engine problem??

Sounds to me like you probably have a Vacuum pipe leaking or off , worth checking

Could be anything.

First I would check if it rotational, so get someone to blip the throttle lightly with your head in the engine bay.

There is a sort of vacuuming sound when the 32's start up, think its the fuel pressure priming, but make sure its not this.

Buy a mechanics stethoscope maybe?

Mine has a slight electronic windy noise but only when I turn the fan on. Do you get the noise when the fan is off?

Does not sound like a vacuuming sound, but the battery is showing some aging sign, do you think its related? Sounded like strong and weak pulling effort by the engine simutaneously.

Even the fan off, the sound reminds. Its not the fan, its the engine. I keep you updated. I really hope its not something serious...32's engine supposed to be bulletproof?

Why, are you thinking of shooting it!? It could be a mechanical problem in the alternator if your battery is struggling to keep pace.
