Im not sure if its related, but the early cars have a 12month service schedule, where as the £550 per year tax cars have a 24month schedule...

Hi all,

I assumed there were no technical changes between these 2 years, but my 2005 car is not exempt from the London ULEZ charge, whereas a 2006 car is. Can anyone shed any light on this? If there are no differences, I can hopefully make an ‘appeal’ to TFL.

I have the same problem; bought what i thought was an immaculate car (still is), just fell in love with it, then realise that despite being 2005 its not Euro 4. Shocked me as my 2004 Murcielago is Euro 4...

I'm thinking it can only be software and Cats; there doesnt seem to be different part numbers for the heads (combustion chambers) or valves etc; I'm considering writing to Maserati and asking...
