Electric door latch not working

I was hoping this gremlin was going to work itself out as I did have a relapse but now it seems terminal. One of the electic door latches has given up the ghost and I'm having to use the manual button to open the door. First world problem I know but it is a bit of a heavy squeeze with two fingers to do it! Any ideas?

Started working again!!

But for how long? Italian electrics. grrrrr

I noticed that I got that after battery disconnect until I locked and unlocked the doors with the remote. trunk switch too.

took me weeks to figure out the first time since I never lock it...
