If you wanted it as a keeper for yourself that wouldn't worry me.
I think the seller is most likely a Messer which is more of a concern.

Its got some history or at least copies of receipts for work done.

The same car went through a G3 auction a few months ago. Needed some paintwork then and the clutch fault.

Looks a nice car but its now been auctioned four times in as many months and the last three auctions have been aborted or the buyer pulled out. Which doesnt look good at all.

Problem is, it’s sold twice already but not completed which means the winner backed out or the vendors are doing to usual ghost bidding to force the price.

I looked at it and decided (without seeing it) it’s clearly a wrong’un despite its lovely colour and spec

I watched the last half hour to see if any last minute bidding would happen and nothing so I too reckon it's not sold.

I watched it too, went up £100 in the final few seconds so I suspect that is an auto bid by the vendor to extract any maximum bids out.

Honestly, £7k is the price to take a punt.
