A little while ago I was importing some dog food samples from Canada (a long story, all of which will come become clear in due course...) and the tracking info drove me mad! It was sat at Liverpool docks for three weeks whilst UPS were telling me it was being delivered tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow and then next thing I found out was that a label had fallen off somewhere along the line and it had been incinerated and then a I got an email saying that it'd be delivered tomorrow.... Total shambles.
Anyway, I hope the same doesn't happen to you!! (I'm sure it's on it's way...)
