Guys & girls, not too political but this has been the least announced public consultation ever (ever get the feeling they didn't want to have to do it?) but there are just three days left so please do it now...

I don't want to influence anyone (much) but it is like this; option C with options is the only one that would actually increase capacity as the roads either side cannot cope now and there is no scope for expanding them further. Additionally it is the only one that sensibly could allow a fast connection with the A130 and the M2

Hmm... 32 years of driving into the he11 that is the Dartford tunnel, option A cannot alleviate any of the bottleneck that already exists right now, let alone in 15 years time when this is likely to happen. Option B does not move it anywhere near far enough away to be practical.

Another option that would be far cheaper and remove around 30% of the traffic would be another crossing upstream at Erith/Barking allowing local traffic to avoid Blackwall and overheight stuff needing to use the pointless legacy of the Woolwich ferry or going all the way up to Vauxhall to find a suitable capacity bridge! This was not given as an option though.
