Hi gents, an across the board opinion required here, if you were to choose a Masser as a daily driver, what would it be? Obviously personal experience is going to factor heavily in this and that's good
look forward to your thoughts.

I’d have an MC20 if money were no concern; if it was a concern, a Levante Trofeo, cheaper still a Maserati Granturismo Sport Auto.

I have a 4.7 GTS with the ZF auto box. It happily does the school drop-off, the odd weekly shop and the commute up the M3 (when required). It doesn't complain at all.

Depends on your budget and personal taste; I'd also look at a petrol Ghibli or QP VI from 2015 onwards, although the QP does need a sizeable parking space.

Over the last 25 years I’ve driven a series of Masers as my daily car. Started with a 1995 Ghibli, then went QP IV, 3200, 4200, GranSport, QP V and GranTurismo. Had multiples of many of these. Plus a few special editions (Cup, MC-V, MC-Strad) and also early classic Masers thrown into the mix as weekend cars. All the above made for fun and interesting daily drives, so choose whichever you fancy.

Hard to pick a favourite. But as a town/commuter (and therefore auto), probably the QP V GTS (early 4.2 version). As a smaller and more fun car with a manual box, a GranSport (preferably MC-Victory version).

The only wrong option would be to not drive a Maser as your daily!

That’s the s class replacement sorted then - probably early next year.

Probably a bit smaller inside than an S-class. And almost certainly less well finished. Apparently the full leather makes a significant difference. I can believe it, the standard does leave quite a lot of expanses of plastic.

Agreed, the S class has proven even better in all aspects than my previous 760Li.

Once we complete the move to Newcastle, I won’t need too much space, although I might still consider QP VI S Vs Ghibli S.

A nice dilemma though.

I’m pleased, if it was ULEZ exempt I’d have bought that back off you
