Coolant useage

Hi all

Just topped up my coolant. Ive's used about a litre in 7 months (probably about 7k miles)

My old GT used to lose far more, with no ill effects, but I just thought I'd check in to see if anyone has similar useage?

Just have a check for any small leeks, and as you have done 7k in 7months I assume she's a daily driver? Or close to... So check for any mayo in the header tank or the on the oil cap if all clear I wouldn't worry. (FYI it's fairly common for short run and weekend driver cars to have a small amount of mayo in the oil cap so don't start dying if you are one of these people and you have spotted a small amount.)

Yep, daily driver. The downside of gravel drives. Makes little leaks very hard to spot.
No mayo that I ever saw, but will check again next time I'm fettling
