Up at 3:30, in bed by 10pm no wonder he looks permanently tired. Note though, how he ripped out the old management structure. Now that alone would have saved Chrysler millions. We've done something similar at my place and now I 'get it'.

Cheers Martin.......though the worst is those "new" Chrsylers when they are all re-badged Lancias.....what an end to a marque in a number of markets.....
