It’s a June ‘09 car. Variator bulletin was July ‘09 with some cars already fixed so I wouldn’t be so sure about that, but would need to be checked.

Is £60k extraordinary for a car pushing 140k miles if well maintained?

10 or so may be just for tires, no?

That's 11 services if done every 12K... so maybe 20K on that including other stuff while we are there sir.
Tyres last 8K miles say, at a grand a set so say 15K
Brakes - must have replaced them at least 3 times all round 6K
New suspension etc all round at least once - 6K
new bearings say twice all round so 8K
New alternator - 1K
Some paintwork over the years 4K

Brings it to 60K easy
