I struggle sometimes with the XJR, it has electronic suspension and if it get's anything like an upset on the suspension, like going on a ramp and having the wheels dropped, the suspension thinks oops and goes to default which is rock solid, with a warning light. I have to travel about 5 miles before it checks itself and resets. Wonders of modern science??

I hope that there's nothing coming up about exhaust noise!!

David

If they apply the same logic to cars as they do motorbikes then its all down to the tester, as far as I am aware bikes dont have a specific noise level which is pass or fail - but "if it sounds loud" sharp intake of breath and a X in box
The guy who MoT'd the bike said last year "have you got the standard exhaust?" "yes," I replied "in the garage". "Oh - thats all right - cos you will only change it over again when you get home"

As if actually having an original exhaust (at home) made the striaght through, baffle less Yoshi any quieter.

Simplez logic

Yes indeed David....as long as you avoid the 2450-2550 rev band for the bit of resonance when cruising!
