Loz has split the lights a couple of times. They need to be cut open with a micro cutter (dremel type) and then re glued

I was planning to open mine up to give them a good clean (and remove the dead spider that's currently accompanying me on each journey!) until I read this post.....

I think you can heat them to about 180*F* and the glue softens.

Personally I'd still not....

Do we know who makes the headlight units?

If they are Hella then I can probably get them at cost price - Hella are one of my clients.
