Car park ticker - ****! Any appeal do you think?

I have my Range Rover registered with ringgo for car parking - you turn up; call them, and it gets done by CC. The trouble is today we took the QP and so the registration plate was not registered - now have a ticket!

Any appeal you think? After all, I did pay my £7.80 fee ....

I'd say you have no case there! You can't prove that the parking wasn't for the Rangie and you're just trying to get out of the QP's ticket. Bear in mind it's a scummy business, common sense and fairness does NOT apply!

I parked up in Chiswick, called Ringgo as I walked away from it and paid for the day. Came back to find the car had a ticket, it had been put on there as I was making the 2 minute call!! Evil, spiteful, gutless excuses for people. Should have stayed by the car!

Nope, spoke this morning, the bugger is in Surrey at our mate Geoff's place - he was at Goodwood over the weekend for the DeTomaso club trackday and AGM. Well theres a turn up. called the local office - young guy was more interested in the QP! LOL. He was able to check the Rinngo call record, confirm the fee was paid and annul it. Nice one!

That's great news!

Interestingly, when I parked the 911 using Ringgo yesterday, the first of my options offered was my my NISSAN with the reg number of the VW! I have parked the VW several times, no ticket so looks like as long as the plate is correct... Seems Ringgo might actually be staffed by some decent human beings!
