Cannot get on SM

OK this is weird........I have a link to the forum but tells me the web address is under construction...So asked Liz to go on the Ipad and she can get on...

So I put SM in the search engine on my computer and the two top links for the site said the same ...under construction....But then I used the 3rd link on the search engine which said sign onto SM.....That one works and said I was signed in already...

Whats going on..?

Happened to me a few times too, but I cleared my browsing history (including internet cache and cookies) and could then access SM again.

I had the same problem. The page was headed "1&1" along with something like "This domain has been bought by one of our clients". It only occurred in Chrome, though.

It sort of happened at about 11.45 tonight Matt, the site just seem to freeze for quite a while.

Thats the one Elliot..."1&1"

Sill can not get on my original link as it still comes up..

Thanks I'll check the log files and see if the server rebooted.

Did you get the 'this domain has been registered by 1and1'?

UPDATE

Ok, we are under attack at the moment from automated hackers, but they are not getting in. We have upgraded the server to counter this plus put up a new page for when the server is offline. When you see this page, cant please provide the info it requested.

This will help us diagnose why you are being blocked and further protect against malicious attacks.

It's a safety feature...the site comes down, to prevent Robert write more posts than Frank, so that he'll be the first on the list!..:tomato9::tomato9::tomato9:

But it dosen't really matter as I can delete whole threads.....as prefect.................haven't you noticed yet guys?!
