Broke the little plastic nipple on the radiator..

A while ago, I managed to break the small connection off the radiator that goes to the plastic header tank. I made a fix that works, but I note that the epoxy I used is breaking down and continuing to leak due to the temperature. Has anyone used something which has been permanent repair?

I think you are unlikely to be able to make a proper repair as the epoxy or any other sealer will struggle to adhere to the existing plastic.

@FIFTY found an alternative rad that wasn’t stupidly expensive so this might be one route to resolution. Although I am sure you won’t be overjoyed at more time under your car!

Possible to do it without taking the front bumper off but removing it does allow for a lot more room
