Hi.i am still experiancing brake faults with my 2000my 3200,this was posted on the other side time time ago and no real conclusion was drawn. The issue i have is when coming off the throttle(more noticable from 60mph and over) and onto the brake pedal,i have what feels like a very notchy brake pedal,as in it goes down in stages until the vehicle has come to rest.it can only be like'nd to a very badly worn master cylinder that has wear ridges in it,though this has been taken out of the equasion by the fitment of a new servo/master cylinder assembly.all calipers have been check and operate as they should, and system fully re bleed.
I have no abs, ebd.faults lights up,and the abs functions as it should as i have prvoked this into coming into play.
has anyone experianced similar issues or no of the potential cause?as this is now driving me mad.
Thanks in advance for any possible leads.dean

Perhaps Deano a direct request to Nigelo might reap rewards , ill pm him and see if we can get him on the case, i'll mention it when im up at Ap racing on Friday and see what they have to say, my limited knowledge would steer towards Abs sensors missing teeth

Must admit, as I read it I was already thinking Master Cylinder, if the seals are worn, the plunger will wiggle as it goes inwards.
