They should fit all models and variants regardless of age. I haven't installed one myself... yet, but the box is all the same.

O.K. I've ordered one. Unfortunately I've put the cart before the horse in that I have no idea how to fit one.

Is there a "How to" on the forum?

They fit straight in there.
Need the passenger wheel off and the plastic panel attached to the bumper.
Fairly straight forward just watch out for rusty fixings.

If you have a good trolley jack and axle stands you will be fine.
A good time to check all the front end as well.
I changed my oil/water pump unit on my back.

Are these BMC filters tried and tested with good results on the Forum? I may have to order one, although I've only done about 1,000 miles since I had the old standard one changed.

Hi Kyle, Yes they are good. My car came with one fitted by the previous owner.
Even though they are washable and a lifetime type, I just replaced it after 50,000 km with a new BMC one.
Because of the rusty bolts securing corners of the air box, I had the mechanic change with airbox with a second hand unit I bought on eBay.
